Jubilee 2000 - Guayaquil Network is a broad and pluralistic civil society movement, which acts, in alliance with national and international organisations and through proposals consensual, to sensitize the population on the problem of public debt.

We demand on national and international decision makers for a sovereign and just solution and we stand up for the implementation of public policies which prioritize human and social development and environmental impacts, and the creation of a new fair and transparent international financial system. All of this designed to enable the realization of economic, social, cultural and environmental rights.
